These 38 sqm three-rooms mobile homes of 38 sqm (27 sqm inside and 11 sqm veranda) are suitable for 4 people

The mobile homes are situated a few steps from the swimming-pool. They consist in a lounge/kitchen with one table and chairs; the kitchenette includes a four burner stove with a hood, fridge, sink; it is fully equipped with cookware and tableware. One double bedroom and one bedroom with two single beds .A bathroom is equipped with a basin, cabinshower, wc and hair dryer. All the apartments are equipped with air conditioning and TV. The 11 sqm outside veranda is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse.

TYPES OF BEDS 1 Double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 single beds (80 X 200 cm).

Pets aren’t allowed inside the resort.

At what time is it possible to occupy the unit?

Our village allows units to be occupied from 5pm.

What time should you vacate the unit?

The housing unit must be vacated at 9:00 a.m.

Where do I turn in the keys to the unit before I leave?

Before departure, the keys must be returned to the reception.

Are the units equipped with dishes and cookware?

Yes, the units come with dishes and cookware. Non-stick pans and scissors are not provided.

Are the units equipped with linens?

Yes, the housing units are equipped with linens.

Is smoking allowed inside the housing units?

Smoking is allowed inside the housing units.

Are pets allowed in the units?

No, our facility does not allow access to your 4-legged friends.

Is final cleaning included in the price of the stay?

Yes, the final cleaning is a mandatory service and included in the price of your stay.

Is there free Wi-Fi in the structure?

Yes, free wifi is available throughout the village.

Yes, inside the structure you will find the tobacconist in the bar area adjacent to the pool and the market where you can find fresh fruit.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 8.00 a.m. to 11 p.m., check-out by midnight.

In what periods is animation available?

The animation is present in the village from May and the activities will end in mid-September.

What are the hours of the mini club?

The activities of the mini-club are organized in three time slots: from 10.00 to 12.00, from 16.00 to 18.00 and from 21.00 to 22.00 with the evening show.

What is the age to go to the mini club?

Children between the ages of 4 and 8 can participate in the activities of the mini-club.

I booked directly with the village, what does my vacation include?

The reservation includes the rent of the housing unit, the consumption of water, electricity and gas, beach service with an umbrella, a deck chair and a sun bed, the entrance to the water park, the use of the multipurpose sports ground, playground in front of the sea, entertainment for adults, children and teens, wi-fi and final cleaning of the accommodation.

Are there nice places to visit nearby?

The Village is located in the ideal position to visit both sea and mountain resorts where you can make excursions. Moreover, in the surroundings of the village there are fascinating medieval villages to visit. Ask the reception staff who will tell you the places to visit according to your needs.

Is the beach fine sand or pebbles?

The beach is of fine sand.

Is the sea immediately deep?

No, you will find a shallow sea.

Are there any hours or limits to the pool?

Pool hours are as follows: mornings from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and afternoons from 3 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Waves activate at 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.

Can barbecue be done?

No, it is forbidden to light fires in the village, you can only use electric grills.

Can bicycles be rented?

Yes, bikes can be rented for adults and teens (not for children).

Can I arrive by train or bus? Is there a transfer service?

Yes, you can request a transfer service, but only from the stations of Giulianova or Roseto degli Abruzzi and is free for our guests.

Are there roads to cross to reach the sea?

No, our village is located directly on the sea and there are no roads to cross.
